Stylecraft Builders earns BBB’s highest rating.

In an industry where reputation is everything, we’re pleased to have received the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) top rating of A+. We don’t take this accreditation lightly, because the score is a reflection of so many factors:

  • Length of time in operation
  • Any known government actions against the company
  • Any advertising issues discovered by BBB
  • The number of complaints received by BBB from Stylecraft Builders’ customers
  • Whether we have responded to complaints received by BBB
  • Our overall complaint history with BBB
  • Whether we failed to resolve underlying causes of a pattern of complaints.
  • Whether BBB has sufficient background information and clear understanding of our business

An A+ rating means we scored between 97 and 100 on their scale. More than numbers, this rating means that we have not only passed the test of BBB’s close scrutiny, but we have also served the needs of our customers—and that’s the highest goal for us. We go to great lengths to serve our buyers, by helping them achieve their dream of new home ownership. Getting from a wish to walking through the door of your new home takes the help of a company who understands your concerns and stresses, and makes the process more pleasant.

At Stylecraft Builders, we work with every individual on a one-on-one basis, and we deliver on promises. We want our customers to be happy homeowners who remember us as the people who made it happen. In a culture that has gone so viral, nothing spreads as fast and far as a reputation. We’re thrilled that ours is a good one!
