Celebrate Killeen/Harker Heights/Ft. Hood!

There are many things to celebrate in the Killeen/Harker Heights/Ft. Hood area. This annual festival will take place April 26^th-28^th. The festivities begin with a kick-off party located at the Killeen Arts & Activities Center on Thursday at 5:00. There will be free refreshments, craft vendors, an antique car show, farmer’s market, and live music from The Funk Factory. There will also be a carnival that will be open each day of the festival.

Saturday is the pinnacle of the celebration. There will be activities galore including, a 5K race, craft and food vendors, KISD Wellness Fair, car show, BBQ cook-off, children’s arts and crafts, hay rides, bouncies, petting zoo, pony rides, static displays, and more! The culminating activity will be a movie in the park showing of “Iron Man 2.”
